RTX 5070 Ti: Where to buy it cheap

Released in February 2025, the RTX 5070 Ti has had plenty of time to prove itself. Over a year and a half after launch, it's one of Nvidia's best-selling GPUs in the accessible high-end segment — and prices have finally settled down compared to the chaos of the first few months. It offers solid versatility and remains a strong pick for just about any gaming scenario in 2026.

In short, here are the specs:

• Memory: 16 GB of GDDR7, which ensures a good margin for recent games in 1440p or even some titles in 4K.
• Frequencies: a base frequency around 2295 MHz, which can climb up to 2450 MHz in boost.
• Memory interface: 256 bits - classic but effective at this price level.
• CUDA Cores: 8960 compute units, enough to handle all the current titles without flinching.
• Ray tracing: 70 dedicated cores, compatible games benefit from better lighting, reflections, and more realistic shadows.
• Tensor cores: 280 cores used notably for DLSS, which allows boosting performance without sacrificing visual quality too much.
• Connectivity: 1 HDMI 2.1b + 3 DisplayPort 2.1 - convenient for multi-screen or gaming on TV.
• Power consumption: around 300W, with a 16-pin power connector. Therefore, an appropriate power supply will be required.
• Dimensions: 30 cm long, two slots occupied - be careful with compatibility with some tight cases.

The card is based on a GB203 chip engraved in 5 nm, and even if it's the same GPU as the RTX 5080 , NVIDIA voluntarily disabled some compute units to segment its offer. In the end, we have a card that sits right between the 4070 and the 4080 - in terms of performance and price.

If you're a gamer who likes to play in 1080p, 1440p, or even in 4K (2160p), you don't really have to worry. The RTX 5070 Ti is designed for that, especially if you activate DLSS to maintain a good framerate without sacrificing too much visual quality.

On the other hand, if you mainly play competitive games (like Valorant, Fortnite, CS2) and you are not obsessed with ultra graphics, you can easily turn to a lower model, such as a RTX 5060 It will cost you less and will do the job very well.

If you want to enjoy the latest big single-player games with ray tracing enabled (Cyberpunk 2077, Indiana Jones, Crimson Desert…), the 5070 Ti offers a great balance between power, consumption, and price. With DLSS 4 and now DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, ray tracing performance got another significant boost on supported titles. This card will remain solid for years to come.
